Federal Contractors and Subcontractors Must Update NLRA Rights Poster

By: Daniel Larson

The U.S. Department of Labor recently updated the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) rights poster, which federal government contractors and subcontractors are required to display.

The new poster includes two updates:

  1. A new telephone number for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)

  2. Contact information for people who are deaf or hard of hearing

If you are required to display the poster, you can obtain an updated poster from the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS) website. The poster is available in multiple languages.

To learn if you are required to hang the poster, review the OLMS’s fact sheet.
