How To Join A Microsoft Teams Meeting Via Browser
Having Trouble Joining a Microsoft Teams Meeting?
If you already have Microsoft Teams installed but are experiencing issues joining the meeting (such as repeated sign-in prompts or the meeting not loading), you can join directly through your web browser as an alternative.
Steps to Join via Web Browser:
- Right-click the Teams meeting link in the email and choose “Copy link”
- Paste the link into the address bar of your browser and press Enter
- When prompted, select “Continue on this browser” instead of opening the Teams app
- Allow access to your microphone and camera if prompted
- Enter your name and click “Join now”
This works best in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
