Overhead Door Company needed an ERP system with reporting tools to customize purchasing, job, service and financial reports as well as computer network infrastructure changes and ongoing support.
How We Helped
Chris Haiss of our Technology Solutions Group worked with Overhead Door Company’s management team to identify an ERP system. They chose Sage 100 and Chris installed the system. Our Sage experts added custom fields just for Overhead Door Company. We also wrote custom reports to accommodate the company’s reporting needs.
Later, our developers created a SharePoint site that houses data entry forms, workflows, reports and a central data repository for project management.
Bill Walter and his team of networking experts provide network upgrades, maintenance and support, monitoring Overhead Door Company’s systems 24 x 7 x 365 to ensure availability and performance. All valuable data is backed up onsite and offsite. There is also secure remote access between the company’s Maryland and Delaware locations.
