The situation
In addition to handling Daft McCune Walker’s ongoing accounting and tax needs, Gross Mendelsohn helped the firm develop a new shareholder agreement that provides a structured plan for stock ownership, transition and succession issues.
The firm also handles Daft McCune Walker’s annual overhead rate audit. Steve Ball and Diana Dewitt, members of Gross Mendelsohn’s Construction & Real Estate Group, advise Daft McCune Walker’s management team on yearend tax and business planning, forecasting, as well as personal financial planning.
