Robert Roudik, CPA, CFE, is a partner and leads the firm’s outsourced accounting services practice. Known for his practical problem‑solving skills and calm, client‑focused approach, Rob helps businesses and nonprofit organizations strengthen their financial operations, improve efficiency and gain clarity around their numbers.

With 15+ years of experience, Rob provides a full spectrum of outsourced accounting and advisory services. His work includes preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements, developing and monitoring budgets, and presenting financial information to boards and key stakeholders. He also has extensive experience guiding organizations through annual audits, implementing new systems and technologies, and managing day‑to‑day functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and tax filings.

Rob is passionate about helping business owners and nonprofit executives so they can focus on what matters most — reaching their goals and advancing their mission. He helps organizations streamline processes, adopt more effective tools and build stronger financial infrastructure. A committed mentor, he also prioritizes developing and supporting the staff he supervises.

Rob has experience working with a wide range of accounting platforms, including Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics GP, as well as AP automation tools such as Bill.com and Ramp, and other industry-specific software.
