He works primarily in Windows Server, Microsoft Office and Office 365 environments. Josh also has experience with automated network monitoring and data backup solutions.

Customer service is Josh’s top priority. He enjoys developing relationships with clients and is committed to finding solutions to solve their problems. Josh is passionate about technology and enjoys passing on his knowledge to help clients improve efficiency. 

In his free time, Josh serves as a handler at GoTeam Therapy Dogs and as a patient volunteer and handler at Fredrick County Hospice.

  • Josh is a classically trained countertenor and sang “In Dreams,” the song written for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, with the Maryland Symphony Orchestra.
  • Josh is a wine enthusiast and enjoys attending wine tastings and tours. He even wrote an app to log the different wines he has sampled.
  • In his downtime, Josh spends a lot of time working on renovating his home himself, one room at a time.
