David Lanchak, CPA/ABV, CVA, is a partner in the firm’s tax department. For David, one of the best parts of being a CPA is being a respected advisor to numerous successful business owners who are experts in their field and learning from them. Recognizing that his clients are very bright people who usually make good decisions, he knows they sometimes just need the support of an outside advisor to give them the confidence they need to move forward.

With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, David specializes in tax, audit, business valuations, succession planning and consulting services, which allows him to bring a broad perspective to every client relationship. Clients appreciate David’s ability to listen carefully, offer candid advice and provide the right level of support to move their business forward.

Licensed to practice in both Maryland and Virginia, David works with a range of clients, including construction contractors, architects, engineers and logistics companies, among others. David helps his clients navigate complex financial decisions, whether it’s providing guidance through a major growth opportunity or helping troubleshoot a difficult business decision, David’s practical, seasoned advice is grounded in decades of experience.

David is a graduate of the BKR Leadership Institute, an intensive two-year program designed to develop the personal, interpersonal, managerial and organizational skills of participants.
