The Challenge
Professional Healthcare Resources sought out a reliable technology provider to transition the company’s accounting system from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics GP. They needed a provider that would take care of remapping their chart of accounts and processes into Microsoft Dynamics GP as well as training their staff on how to use the new system.
As a healthcare organization, they wanted to make sure that their specific needs and requirements were handled in their ERP system upgrade without delays and complications.
Years after their upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics GP, Professional Healthcare Resources needed to update their email system. Their existing system was obsolete and they needed help transitioning to a fresh, new system for at least 250 users without any disruption to their day-to-day business.
How We Helped
Sharon Paul and Michael Marinaro worked with Professional Healthcare Resources to install their new Microsoft Dynamics GP system at the company’s multiple locations and customized it to their specific needs. They started off by using the General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation modules.
After Professional Healthcare Resources later brought their payroll function in house, as opposed to outsourcing it to a third party payroll provider, Michael Marinaro and Sharon Paul set up the Human Resources and Payroll modules within their ERP system.
When the company’s director of IT, Hussein Al Ibrahim, recognized that his email system was about to become obsolete, he began searching for the right technology provider to recommend and install a new system. After considering several technology providers, he hired Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions to handle his Microsoft Office 365 migration.
