The Challenge

Cunningham | Quill’s management team wanted to replace the firm’s onsite data backup system with a remote data backup system. They also wanted someone to manage their ongoing network and service maintenance needs.

How We Helped

Bill Walter of Gross Mendelsohn’s Technology Solutions Group set up Datto, a comprehensive business continuity backup solution that replicates all data offsite for Cunningham | Quill. Our team also replaced an aging internal email server with Microsoft Office 365. We continue to maintain all aspects of the firm’s network, including server upgrades and maintenance, troubleshooting break/fix issues with workstations and remotely monitor key indicators via our virtual IT solution.

The Result

Cunningham | Quill’s network runs smoothly thanks to proactive, ongoing maintenance and monitoring. As a result, the firm has little, if any, downtime.

Should the server in their office go down for any reason — fire, flood, terrorist act, etc. — their remote server will have the firm up and running again in no time.
