Beth Gaasbeck, CPA, is a manager in the firm’s tax department. As a member of the firm’s Construction & Real Estate and Service Businesses Groups, Beth prepares and reviews partnership, trust, corporate, nonprofit and individual tax returns. She also assists clients with various types of tax and accounting related matters such as tax projections, agency notices, IRS audits and tax planning.
As a former adjunct professor in tax accounting at Delaware Technical and Community College, Beth is passionate about training and mentoring new staff members. With her teaching experience and 10 years of public accounting expertise, Beth enjoys helping her clients make smart, proactive choices when it comes to their finances.

More Fun Facts
After many years of working in restaurants as a server, bartender and manager, Beth originally went to school for restaurant management. Even after “switching careers” to accounting after she finished graduate school, she continued to work in the service industry part-time until moving to Baltimore in October 2013.
Beth enjoys exercising and staying active. She grew up training and competing in figure skating, and currently runs half marathons and other races.
