He serves clients in the real estate, construction, distribution and telecommunications industries, as well as nonprofit organizations and high net worth individuals. Paul, director of the firm's Nonprofit Group, recently published an article in the Baltimore Business Journal: "Take extra care with nonprofit's tax-exempt status in election year." A graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, Paul also obtained a certificate in accounting and master's degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore. Paul is a member of the Financial Planning Association and the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. In addition, he is recognized as an expert witness before the NASD Arbitration Claim Board with respect to both income taxation and financial planning matters. Paul was also an associate professor at Anne Arundel Community College for many years, where he instructed candidates preparing for the Certified Financial Planner examination. |
