He has rendered hundreds of expert opinions on matters involving damage calculations, fraud and embezzlement, bankruptcy, divorce and insurance claims. In addition, he has qualified and testified as an expert in various federal and local jurisdictions. In addition to being a CPA, Mark is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He is also Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of CPAs. Mark graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Mark co-presented “Appraisal of Business Interruption Losses” at a Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB) Claims Conference in Boston, the claims industry’s largest educational gathering.
