 David A. Goldner, CPA, CFP, CVA Partner - Gross, Mendelsohn & Associates, P.A. E-mail: DGoldner@gma-cpa.com As a tax partner, David’s major responsibilities include tax and financial planning for many of the firm’s clients. He also provides business valuation services for other professionals and business owners. He is experienced in handling special situations, such as the acquisition or disposition of a business, real estate investments and investment planning. His other duties include supervision of various corporate, partnership and individual income tax return engagements. In addition to being a member of the firm’s tax practice, David is in charge of Gross Mendelsohn’s personal financial planning and business valuation committees, and is actively involved in other committees in the firm, including practice development and personnel. In addition to being a CPA, David is a Certified Financial Planner, a Certified Mutual Fund Specialist and a Certified Valuation Analyst. David graduated from the University of Maryland in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He received a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Baltimore in 1983. David serves as an officer and is on the board of directors of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council and the Susan G Komen Foundation of Maryland. |
