Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant

We are searching for a Microsoft Dynamics GP consultant to join our Baltimore area Technology Solutions Group.

The successful candidate will implement, train and support solutions revolving around Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft CRM, Business Portal and supporting applications / technologies. He/she will assist with analyzing clients' and prospective customers' business requirements and designing the best solutions to meet their needs.
 
The position requires very little out-of-state travel and offers the ability to work remotely when not visiting a client's site.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to install and use tools required to perform migration of historical data and ongoing integration to third-party business systems using tools such as Microsoft’s eConnect and Web Services
  • Must have experience performing Microsoft Dynamics GP upgrades
  • SQL Server advanced scripting, stored procedures required
  • SQL Reporting Services in-depth experience required
  • SharePoint install experience preferred, administration experience not required
  • VBA
  • .NET
  • eConnect / Web Services / Integration Manager
  • 3+ years of business software development experience surrounding a business based packaged solution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with fast follow-up
  • BA/BS in business or computer science or accounting (must have accounting background)
The following not required, but are a plus:

  • Dynamics GP certified
  • Microsoft CRM
  • Project management experience

Tax Supervisor / Tax Manager

We are searching for a tax supervisor or tax manager to join our tax department. The tax supervisor / manager will prepare and review corporate, partnership, individual and estate and trust tax returns. Responsibilities also include supervising and training staff.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting (preparation and review of corporate, partnership, individual, estate and  trust tax returns)
  • CPA
  • Master's degree in taxation or current enrollment in the program preferred
  • CFP a plus
  • Tax research skills
  • Strong computer skills including CCH Prosystems Engagement and Lacerte
  • Independent self starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Willing and able to train staff
  • Solid all around accounting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Audit and Accounting Semi-Senior Staff Accountants

We are searching for additional semi-senior accountants to work in our audit and accounting department. Semi-senior accountants are responsible for working on audits, reviews, compilations for nonprofit, manufacturing, health care and construction clients. Successful candidates will also prepare tax returns, including corporate, partnership, trust and individual returns.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • 2+ years minimum experience in public accounting
  • CPA or working toward CPA required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; experience with CCH ProSystems Engagement and Lacerte a plus
  • Independent self starter able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Experience in nonprofit, manufacturing, health care and construction industry niches a plus
Network Consultant / Engineer

We are searching for a network consultant / engineer to join our Baltimore area Technology Solutions Group. The successful candidate will be part of our help desk / network engineering team. This new position consults with various clients about Microsoft operating systems and office products.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Must have internal or external networking experience with all types of Microsoft systems and office products
  • MCSE certification and specific help desk experience a plus
  • Must be able to communicate in layman's terms for clients
  • Experience with firewalls, switches and wireless networking products is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required
  • Must be willing to travel within Baltimore and surrounding areas

Microsoft Dynamics GP Sales Executive

We are searching for a Microsoft Dynamics GP sales executive to join our Baltimore area Technology Solutions Group's sales team. This new position will play a critical role in delivering frontline sales results. The qualified candidate must have a proven track record in driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding the industries that our firm serves
  • Understanding the software packages that we support (candidate will be focusing specifically on Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM) including learning to successfully demonstrate these packages to prospective clients of the firm
  • Bringing in new business to the technology consulting practice
  • Working with peers on the inside sales and marketing teams, as well as coordinating with partners, vendors and consultants
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with critical vendors, such as Microsoft, as well as other referral sources
  • Lead generation including cold calling
The qualified candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of current/recent sales experience in a high-transaction environment
  • Proven sales experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proven presentation and demonstration skills using web-based meeting applications like WebEx, Go-to-Meeting, etc.
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office

Litigation Support and Forensic Accounting Manager

We are searching for a manager for our Litigation Support & Forensic Accounting Group. This position will play a critical role in delivering forensic accounting services to our clients. This is an opportunity to manage and become partner-in-charge of the department upon the current partner's retirement in three years.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • CPA with 8+ years of public accounting experience
  • 5+ years of experience in forensic accounting
  • Experience testifying as an expert witness
  • CVA and/or CFE a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience performing in a leadership role
  • Referral contacts
