He is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing & Wholesale Distribution Consulting Group. Andy is a frequent speaker on federal and state tax planning strategies. He is also active in the World Trade Center Institute, serving as a judge in the organization’s Maryland International Business Leadership Awards program. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and is a former chairman of the state tax committee of the Maryland Association of CPAs. Andy received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore, where he also earned his master’s degree in taxation. |
